To register and maintain an account on ph6355, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.

In the event of a conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

ph6355's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph6355 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph6355 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We recommend that all players maintain current antivirus software on their devices. ph6355 shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, or regulatory actions by PAGCOR or other government authorities.

ph6355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or exclusion request from the account holder or a recognized regulatory authority.
• Any action by PAGCOR or a Philippine court requiring ph6355 to restrict access to your account.

Upon termination for breach, ph6355 reserves the right to void any pending bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits. Verified real-money balances in accounts closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, where applicable. For disputes not falling within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph6355's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any clause of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that clause shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
